I was blown away by the beautiful frescos painted on the ceilings of my room at this charming hotel. The balcony overlooking the garden courtyard added a touch of serenity to my stay. The complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely gesture, and the innkeeper's recommendations for local services and restaurants were spot-on. I felt truly wowed by my experience at Residenza D'Epoca Palazzo Riblet!

The hotel's location provides easy access to a variety of shops and attractions. Spacious rooms and well-equipped bathrooms allow for a comfortable stay. Breakfast may not be included, but the hotel provides a basket of delicious goodies upon arrival. The owners and staff are welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, from helping with restaurant reservations to accommodating early arrivals and storing luggage.

The hotel's surroundings may not be as desirable, with some areas on the fringe of the historical district.

Our new year stay was amazing! The staff were very caring and hospitable, accommodating our early arrival and providing great recommendations for local eateries and attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary local wine and the basket of goodies waiting for us in our cozy, spacious room. the hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area on foot.

While the hotel is situated in a great location, we did find that one direction out of the hotel led us through a less desirable section of the city. However, the helpful staff provided us with plenty of recommendations for other areas to explore, making up for this slight inconvenience.

During our Xmas stay, we were impressed by the complementary bottle of wine offered by the hotel. The location was amazing, close to all the main attractions and yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We also loved the spacious rooms with beautiful frescos painted on the ceilings.

The lack of elevator was the only downside of our stay. However, it gave us a chance to exercise and it seems to be a common characteristic of hotels in the area.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city center. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with fresh towels and a great bathroom providing a comfortable experience. I also appreciated the breakfast provided, which included pastries and a selection of beverages. the value for money and the level of service from the staff were exceptional.

No negatives to mention, everything was perfect.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect - it was very close to everything, including the train station and all the major attractions in the city center. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were so kind and went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we were in a difficult situation after being robbed. Lastly, the rooms were fantastic, with fresh towels, a balcony with a beautiful view, and a great bathroom.

All was fantastic, nothing to improve here.
